Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the general rules for membership, schemes, installments, benefits, digital services and account responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a member, using the SUPER FOUNDATION website or portal, making a payment, submitting documents, or participating in a Foundation scheme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the rules of the specific scheme applicable to you.

2. Scheme Rules

Every scheme may have separate age limits, membership fees, installment amounts, waiting or eligibility periods, benefit calculations, deductions and documentary requirements. The scheme rules published or approved by SUPER FOUNDATION form part of these Terms. If a scheme-specific rule conflicts with a general website description, the approved scheme rule and the Foundation's official record will govern.

3. Membership and Registration

Membership is subject to eligibility, correct information, required documents and approval. A person must not create duplicate or false memberships. Aadhaar or other identity information may be validated to prevent duplicate or fraudulent registration. Membership becomes effective only after the applicable registration requirements are completed and the record is approved.

4. Membership Fee and Installments

Membership fees and installment amounts may vary by scheme and age group. Members must pay the amount shown in their approved scheme or portal. Registration fees, installments, penalties, gateway charges or other applicable charges will be recorded separately where the system supports them. A payment is treated as completed only when it is successfully received and, where required, approved or reconciled.

5. Payment Limit and Free Future Installments

Where the applicable scheme provides that a member stops paying further installments after reaching the prescribed total installment-payment limit, the system will apply that rule according to the member's verified payment record and the approved scheme configuration. Registration fees and other non-installment charges are not counted unless the scheme expressly states otherwise.

6. Due, Overdue and Inactive Status

Installments must be paid within the applicable due period. Late or unpaid installments may become overdue and may attract an applicable late fee or penalty. Under the Foundation's current operating rule, a member may become inactive after three unpaid installments become due. Inactive status can affect eligibility for a benefit until the applicable conditions are restored.

7. Benefit Eligibility

Benefits are subject to the member being eligible under the relevant scheme on the applicable program or event date. Eligibility may depend on membership duration, active status, age group, installments paid, outstanding dues, documents and other scheme-specific conditions. Registration alone does not create an unconditional right to a benefit.

8. Benefit Calculation and Foundation Deduction

Benefit amounts may be calculated from eligible member contributions under the applicable program. Where a scheme provides for a Foundation deduction, the approved percentage or amount will be deducted before the net benefit is paid. Any outstanding contribution required to complete an approved program may be handled according to the Foundation's approved wallet and settlement rules.

9. Refunds and Cancellation

Unless required by applicable law or expressly allowed by the relevant scheme, membership fees and amounts already validly applied to installments or program obligations are generally non-refundable. Cancellation, completion, benefit completion or ineligibility will be handled according to the applicable scheme and payment record.

10. Member Information and Documents

Members must provide accurate, current and genuine information. False Aadhaar details, altered documents, misleading information, impersonation or fraudulent claims may result in rejection, suspension, cancellation, recovery action or other lawful action. The Foundation may request supporting documents before approving registration, changes or benefits.

11. Agents

Authorized agents may assist with registration, document collection, payments and member support. Members should verify payment receipts and should not rely on unofficial promises that differ from published Foundation or scheme rules. Incentives payable to agents are an internal Foundation arrangement and do not increase a member's benefit unless expressly stated.

12. Receipts and Digital Records

System-generated receipts, payment references, approval records and ledger entries are maintained for transparency. Members should review their portal and report any discrepancy promptly. In case of a technical mismatch, the verified bank, gateway, Foundation ledger and approval records may be used for reconciliation.

13. OTP, Login and Account Security

Members and agents are responsible for keeping passwords and OTPs confidential. OTPs are intended only for authentication or approved account recovery. Any applicable OTP or service charge must be shown or recorded by the system according to the configured policy.

14. Notifications

SMS, WhatsApp, email, in-app or other notifications may be used for dues, payments, programs, security, requests and service updates. Delivery can depend on third-party providers, network availability and correct contact details; therefore, failure of a notification does not by itself cancel an otherwise valid due date or obligation.

15. Program Changes and Administrative Updates

The Foundation may update operational processes, digital systems, payment methods, security controls and future scheme rules when reasonably required. Changes should not retrospectively reduce rights already finally approved under an earlier applicable rule unless permitted by law or expressly accepted under the scheme.

16. No Guaranteed Return or Investment

Membership contributions are participation in a community support scheme and are not represented as a bank deposit, investment product, insurance policy, guaranteed-return product or promise of profit. Benefits are governed only by the applicable Foundation scheme and eligibility conditions.

17. Service Availability

The website, portals, payment gateways, OTP services and notification services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider failure or technical issues. The Foundation will make reasonable efforts to restore services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

18. Grievances and Corrections

Members should submit profile, payment, document or other correction requests through the available portal request process or official support channel. The Foundation may require verification before changing important identity, bank or payment information.

19. Governing Location

Foundation administration and dispute handling will be subject to applicable Indian law. Unless a mandatory law provides otherwise, matters connected with Foundation administration will be handled in the competent jurisdiction applicable to Barmer, Rajasthan.

20. Contact

For official assistance, use the contact information published on www.superbmr.org. Members should avoid sending passwords or OTPs through ordinary support messages.

Scheme-specific rules, approved payment records and applicable law remain controlling where relevant.
